Paul C. Stevenson’s practice focuses on cannabis, hemp, intellectual property, and business law. Paul works with a range of clients in the hemp industry, including growers, processors, manufacturers, and retailers, on both transactional and litigation matters. He has assisted clients in these industries with securing trademark registrations and in managing international portfolios.

Paul represents individuals and small businesses in business litigation matters and takes pride in developing cost-effective and efficient representation for clients. Paul’s litigation experience includes breach of contract, fraud, deceptive trade practices, trademark infringement, and unfair competition, among other.

Prior to joining Ritter Spencer PLLC, Paul interned for a Dallas firm specializing in construction law and completed a judicial externship with the 256th Family District Court for Judge David Lopez and with the 160th Civil District Court for Judge Jim Jordan.
