Attorney Patrick Fang provides years of experience representing individuals and companies in a variety of civil litigation matters in the State of Texas. He has defended and prosecuted dozens of lawsuits involving disputes between businesses and business owners, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and fraud-related claims. Patrick has also helped clients negotiate contracts, such as stock purchase agreements and business separation agreements.

Patrick represents clients in a broad range of industries, including banking and financial services, construction, hospitality, restaurants, and healthcare. He believes in a balanced approach and is known for his ability to identify the strengths and weaknesses of a case to provide practical guidance to his clients and prepare for trial.

Patrick is a proud graduate of Baylor Law School, where he served as a Technical Editor and Associate Editor of the Baylor Law Review. He also earned the Dean’s Academic Excellence Scholarship and was a member of the Dean’s List. During his undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Dallas, Patrick was a member of the John Marshall Pre-Law Society and a UT Dallas Community Gardener.
