Catherine’s health law practice focuses on supporting owners and operators of Senior Living facilities across the Country.  Catherine offers comprehensive legal services and strategic consulting and support across a wide range of areas, including contract negotiations, real estate transactions, litigation management and support, and state and federal legal compliance (including HIPAA, Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, etc.).  She provides clients with the foundational legal knowledge and ongoing support they need to navigate the complexities of the legal landscape and achieve their business goals.

Catherine’s diverse legal background has equipped her with the knowledge and experience to serve her clients in every aspect of their business.  Prior to finding her passion serving the Senior Living industry, Catherine’s practice included federal military criminal defense, federal white-collar criminal defense, federal investigations, commercial and contract disputes, family law, elder law, and complex estate planning.  Catherine began her legal career in the Air Force JAG Corps, where she served for five years as a federal prosecutor and government contracts attorney, including one deployment in 2012 to Bagram, Afghanistan.

Catherine’s husband serves in the Air Force as a C-17 pilot, and they have two daughters.
