Brian S. O’Rear is a trial lawyer who has spent his entire career fighting for his clients. He brings years of experience over a broad range of civil litigation matters to Ritter Spencer Cheng PLLC. His litigation practice has spanned the State of Texas, having effectively represented clients in jurisdictions from El Paso to Houston, Mc Allen to Dallas, and too many cities and small towns in between to list them all.

Brian has resolved cases, either through trial or favorable settlement, on complex subject matters including construction, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, product liability, contracts, debt collection, HOA, employment, partnership disputes, sexual harassment, and real estate. Whether representing a Fortune 500 company on a wrongful death case in a hostile venue or small business owner facing a lawsuit for the first time, Brian is the trusted advisor, counselor, and fierce advocate his clients turn to when their need is greatest.

Brian graduated from Texas A&M University and South Texas College of Law. He is married to the love of his life Sheila and they have four children. When not practicing law, Brian is actively involved in his children’s FFA projects.
