Arielle Comer serves as Counsel for Ritter Spencer Cheng PLLC. Arielle assists clients with real estate transactions, estate planning, and business law.
Prior to joining RSC, Arielle focused her practice on litigation surrounding real estate, ad valorem taxes, and property disputes, both commercial and residential. Her practice included defending commercial property owners at various stages of litigation, as well as pre-suit evaluation of breach of contract and bad faith claims.
Prior to practicing law, Arielle earned her B.A. in Communication Studies and Spanish from Furman University in South Carolina and a J.D. from UNT Dallas College of Law. During law school, Arielle clerked for Judge Martin Hoffman of the 68th, served as Madam Chair of the Southwest Region of the National Black Law Students Association, she was the fundraiser chair for her local Blsa chapter, won the Judges Gavel Moot Court competition her second semester, served on the Board of Advocates, competed in two ABA moot court competitions, one administrative moot court competitions, and received multiple CALI awards. Arielle also studied abroad as she participated in Baylor’s Academy of the Advocates Advanced School of the Trial Program in Scotland.
Arielle currently enjoys being a member of the Mac Taylor Inn of Court as well as the J.L. Turner Legal Association. Arielle serves on the American Bar Association Real Property, Trusts, and Estates Section leadership board.
She is also an active member of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers and the National Bar Association Young Leaders Division. She has been to 29 countries and enjoys adrenaline activities. Her favorite memory is jump-roping in fire in Koh Samui, Thailand.
