Amber Barger

Amber Barger serves as Counsel for Ritter Spencer Cheng PLLC. Amber assists clients with real estate litigation and transactions, asset recovery, landlord/tenant disputes, and general civil litigation.

Prior to joining RSC, Amber served as counsel to multiple individuals and small businesses, focusing her practice on title disputes, real estate fraud, collections, residential and commercial real estate transactions, and landlord representation. She also served as in-house counsel to a large Arlington-based corporation, managing real estate, employment, and consumer disputes.

Prior to entering the legal field, Amber earned her B.A. from Texas Wesleyan University with a degree in Political Science and Spanish, and her J.D. Texas A&M School of Law. During law school, Amber clerked for the Honorable Judge Don Pierson of Tarrant County Court at Law No. 1, she served as President of the Student Bar Association, was an award-winning participant in ADR and mock trial competitions, studied abroad in Croatia and Argentina, and interned for the EEOC.
