Sellano Simmons

Sellano is an accomplished trial lawyer and leader who has tried over 50 jury trials. Sellano counsels and represents clients on critical matters involving complex litigation.

With over 17 years of legal experience as a trial attorney in both criminal and civil matters, Sellano has a deep understanding of directing individuals and companies through crises. Sellano has represented a diverse span of clients and provided legal counsel and advice on a range of legal topics, including employment, criminal, civil, compliance and contract litigation.

Sellano advises clients and conducts internal investigations to mitigate potential future litigation. Sellano works to understand client’s goals to minimize risk, limit impact, and obtain the most advantageous outcome possible. Sellano’s clients appreciate his business acumen and problem-solving skills.

 Prior Experience: Sellano began his legal career at Dorsey and Whitney LLP as an associate in the Trial Group. He was an associate counsel with Target Corporation’s Employment Relations Department.
